All you need to begin your journey with Cyclist Wardrobe is to provide an email address. We encourage you to register an account so that your favourite items and preferences are saved for later (and when you checkout your order).
To register, click on the “LOGIN” button, then “REGISTER”, and fill up your personal details. This procedure will take less than three minutes.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Choose your items then click the ‘’ADD TO BAG” button. You will be directed to the checkout page, select your payment method (online payment / bank transfer) and fill in your payment details. Once your payment is completed, an email will be sent to your registered email address confirming your order.
CAN I ADD AN ITEM TO MY EXISTING ORDER OR COMBINE MY ORDERS?
We regret we are unable to add items to an existing order and/or combine shipments. Should you wish to add items to your existing order or receive the purchases in one delivery, we recommend you cancel the order and place a new order.
IF THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Rest assured that all items sold on our site are authentic. We are authorised resellers or stockists for all the items we well and are fully committed to providing you the original items obtained directly from the brands that we carry.
I HAVE SOME STORE CREDIT IN MY ACCOUNT. CAN I TRANSFER IT, AND WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS?
Store credit is not transferrable, nor refundable for cash. Store credit acquired from any promotional activity has a maximum validity of 30 days. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions stated in that specific promotion. To check your available credit, go to “MY ACCOUNT” and click on “STORE CREDIT”.
