HOW TO START MY ORDER?            

An accessible email address is all you need to begin the exploration of cycling journey. You’re strongly encouraged to register a C.W. account in order for you to add your favorite items to your personal wish list and to place an order. Kindly click the login button, followed by the “REGISTER” to fill up the information. The procedure will only take less than 3 minutes.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

By choosing your favorite items you wish to purchase through clicking the ‘’ADD TO BAG” button, the page will direct you to the checkout area. All you need is to fill up the required information and payment details. Once the payment has been received through online payment/bank transfer, an email will be sent to the registered email address to confirm your order.

CAN I ADD ITEM TO MY EXISTING ORDER OR COMBINE MY ORDERS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to existing order and combine shipments. Should you wish to add items to your existing order or you prefer to receive the purchases in one delivery, we recommend you to cancel the existing order and place a new order again.

IF THE ITEM IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Yes, of cause! However there would be certain item is no longer to be produced by manufacture. You may check with us thru cc@cyclistwardrobe.com. 

ARE CYCLIST WARDROBE ITEMS AUTHENTIC?

As described on all social network, you have nothing to worry about the authenticity/originality of the items selling in C.W., as we proudly emphasize we’re one of the members of #antifake community and we do not deal with any copy/counterfeit item manufacturer or distributor at all. Every gorgeous item we sell on C.W. is 100% authentic as we are the authorized reseller/stockiest (direct to brand or manufacturer) for most of the designers we carry.

MY STORE CREDIT?

Available store credit in C.W. account is not transferrable. Store credit acquired from any form of promotional activities is expiring not latter than 30 days or lesser in accordance to the specific promotion’s terms and conditions. You could always check your credit balance in “MY ACCOUNT” under “store credit” section.
