Returns & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cyclist Wardrobe. Please note that all goods sold are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in cases where the size is incorrect (terms and conditions apply).

Size Exchange Only (Conditions Apply)

• Exchanges are permitted only if the wrong size was purchased.

• Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Cyclist Wardrobe reserves the right to reject exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Due to hygiene and product nature, the following are strictly non-returnable & non-exchangeable:
✔ All sale/clearance items
✔ Socks
✔ Nutrition items
✔ Sunglasses

Exchange Process

1. Email sales@cyclistwardrobe.com with:

   • Order number

   • Product(s) for exchange

   • Reason for exchange (wrong size only)

2. If approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Customer covers return shipping costs.

4. Exchange subject to stock availability.

Important Notes

• Cyclist Wardrobe reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

• No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

• We recommend using tracked shipping for returns—Cyclist Wardrobe is not responsible for lost/damaged return packages.
