DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN MALAYSIA). DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FEE?
There will be charge of RM12.00 (West Malaysia) / RM25.00 (East Malaysia) for standard and large size products and RM75.00 (West Malaysia)/ RM135.00 (East Malaysia) for extra large sized products.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING; HOW MUCH DO I NEED TO PAY?
There will be charged of RM100.00~200.00 for standard size products and RM 200.00~400.00 for large size products and RM 300.00~600.00 for extra large size products depending on country address.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We regret to inform you that the delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.
HOW SOON CAN I RECEIVE MY PURCHASE?
Available items: Once your order is confirmed, the item(s) will be carefully packaged and sent to the registered shipping address. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Approximately, delivery within Malaysia will take 2 to 14 working days and international deliveries (country mention above) will take 14 - 30 working days.
Pre-order items: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the products arrive in our warehouse. We will keep you informed along the way.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will keep you updated with the tracking information and estimated delivery date via email. Alternatively, you can check the progress in your Cyclist Wardrobe account under “My Orders” section. In the event of delays in customs, customers will be notified directly by the courier and Cyclist Wardrobe.
